A refurbished item is a used terminal or POS that has been cleaned, tested, and confirmed to function properly. Tier A is considered like new, the box has been opened but the terminal has not been used or used for a very short period of time. Tier B terminal is slightly used with almost no wear and tear. Tier C terminals are heavily used and have noticeable wear and tear but are functioning perfectly.
